Good food is a celebration of life - Sophia Loren

DATE SEED OIL

Date seed oil is a source of saturated (lauric, myristic, and palmitic acids), mono-unsaturated (palmitoleic and oleic acids), and polyunsaturated (linoleic and linolenic acids) fatty acids.

Oil accounts for around 5-13% of the seed weight and its composition in phytochemicals makes it valuable for the food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.
